FULFILLMENT POLICY
Unless in beta release, all digital and software products will attempt to be delivered immediately after the purchase has been processed, and linked to within your Turboware Dashboard. If the product does not show there, simply create a support ticket and the issue will be addressed ASAP.
Beta-based products MUST be handled through support tickets if they are not available through your dashboard.
TurboProxy products are provided as a link within your Turboware dashboard and are generally available immediately after purchase.
REFUND POLICY
For all non-TurboProxy related products; If you are not 100% satisfied with your first-time purchase within 30 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order. This policy doesn’t extend to purchases that have been canceled, repurchased, or resubscribed.
Please contact us at support at Turboware.net if you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of purchase, and we will refund the payment. Please be sure to get confirmation of your request to avoid any issues.
For the TurboProxy products – If you are not 100% satisfied with your first-time purchase within 5 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order. This policy doesn’t extend to purchases that have been canceled, repurchased, or resubscribed.
NOTE: Refunds are offered on first-time sales only. Repurchases and additional licenses do not qualify for refund protection. OF SPECIAL NOTE: Charge-backs will not be accepted under any circumstances; this is why we have refund policies with a 100% satisfaction refund policy. If you are not happy for any reason, please just ask for a refund; all charge-backs will be fought.
